This cancellation policy will refer to all tours, including both Day Tour and Overnights.
* A full refund including the deposit will be issued for passengers whose cancellations are received prior to the Final Payment/Reservation Date. There will be NO Refunds if a customer cancels after the final payment/reservation date!
* Travel Insurance is highly recommended and we encourage you to check with an independent carrier.
* Any Change in passengers or departure locations MUST BE made 14 days or more prior to the date of the Tour Departure. We are on a schedule and count on you help us keep it. NO-SHOWS will not be refunded regardless of the reason. Any changes must be made with our office during regular business hours.
*In fairness to all acceptions cannot be made.
* Cancellations and Transfers must be made during regular business hours, which are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.
